These general terms provide a framework for discussions and engagements involving technology staffing, software quality engineering, software development, and mobile app development.
2. Engagement Agreements
Specific commercial terms, rates, responsibilities, deliverables, payment terms, candidate arrangements, warranties, confidentiality, intellectual property, and other obligations should be established in a separate written agreement, statement of work, staffing agreement, or other applicable contract.
3. Staffing
Candidate availability, qualifications, rates, start dates, and placement terms depend on the specific opportunity. A candidate introduction does not guarantee selection or engagement.
4. Consulting & Development
Project scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, technology responsibilities, and delivery terms should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
